6 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve has multiple hits in each of his last three starts heading into the team's matchup against the Rays at Minute Maid Park. Altuve is once again on another hot streak, going 10-for-24 (.415) over his last seven games and is slugging .833 during that span. It has been a fantastic turnaround to the former MVP's season, slashing .357/.415/.684 since the All-Star break after posting a .262/.328/.453 line in his first 55 games. It is safe to say that Altuve's knee troubles appear to be behind him for now and has two triples, four doubles and eight home runs in the month of August. Fantasy owners that have been patient with Altuve all season are now finally being rewarded.--Joey C - RotoBaller
