7 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve hit his first home run of the season on Wednesday as the Astros beat the Angels 5-2. Altuve is having an excellent season, hitting .333 but is slugging only .402 heading into the final week of April. Fantasy owners do not need to fret about Altuve, who has hits in 13 of his last 15 games. The power numbers will certainly be on the rise soon and the case can certainly be made that Altuve's value in the fantasy trade market is at the lowest it will be all season. With that being said, Altuve is still unquestionably one of the best hitters in the game.--Joey C - RotoBaller
