4 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve will head into this weekend's action dialed in at the plate. Over his last seven games, the Astros leadoff man is 12-for-31 (.387) and carries a nine-game hitting streak into the team's series with the Rangers. Altuve has been fantastic hitting at Minute Maid Park, slashing .328/.356/.522 with seven extra-base hits, eight runs scored and 11 runs batted in through 16 home games.
