3 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve is happy to put the month of August behind him heading into the team's matchup Friday night against the Padres. It has been a tough stretch for the Astros leadoff hitter, posting only a .621 OPS in August and currently is stuck in a 4-for-28 (.143) rut over his last seven games. Altuve has 25 home runs this season but is slugging only .423 since the All-Star break. Altuve is not an ideal DFS choice this weekend, as the former MVP is slugging only .406 on the road this season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
