6 years agoMinnesota Twins right-hander Jose Berrios wasn't at his best but he managed to improve his record to 3-1 in a 6-5 win over the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday. Berrios allowed four runs in six innings while striking out five and allowing three homers. While it wasn't an exceptional start, Berrios pitched well enough to get the job done for his squad. The young hurler is off to a strong start in 2019, posting a 3-1 record, 2.97 ERA, and 33 strikeouts in 33 1/3 innings. He will run it back against the Orioles on Friday in what sets up as a favorable matchup for him.--Matt T - RotoBaller
