7 years agoMinnesota Twins right-hander Jose Berrios pitched well in his final spring tuneup before the start of the regular season. Berrios pitched three innings, allowing just one walk to Bryce Harper, and striking out three. The 23-year-old sounded confident after his start, stating, “My arm slot was very good. My pitches were right where I wanted them. I feel 100 percent ready to go.” Berrios worked extensively on his mechanics this spring with the hopes he will have improved control this season. He will make his regular season debut this coming Sunday against the Baltimore Orioles.--Matt T - RotoBaller
