3 years agoUpdating an earlier report, Minnesota Twins starting pitcher has been traded to the Toronto Blue Jays, according to Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic. There's no word yet of the players Minnesota will receive in this deal. Berrios will provide a much-needed boost to the Blue Jays' rotation, going 7-5 with a 3.48 ERA, 1.044 WHIP and 25.7 percent strikeout rate over 121 2/3 innings of work. With this deal, the top three starting pitchers on the trade market are off the table, following Max Scherzer's trade to Los Angeles and the Rockies' decision to hold on to Jon Gray.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
