4 years agoMiami Marlins shortstop Jose Devers (shoulder) was unable to get through Sunday's matchup against the Atlanta Braves. He is dealing with shoulder discomfort and this has been a day-to-day issue, according to manager Don Mattingly. It wouldn't be shocking to see the organization give the 21-year-old some extra rest. He has been average with the bat and could be worth watching in fantasy formats. Devers will likely get more playing time later in the season, assuming the Marlins fall out of the playoff hunt. Until then, Devers will likely come off the bench and could miss a few days with this shoulder issue.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
