6 years agoCincinnati Reds shortstop Jose Peraza was productive during his team's doubleheader with the Washington Nationals on Saturday. Batting leadoff in both games, Peraza finished a combined 4-for-9 with a homer, a double, three runs, and one RBI. The only blemish on the day was a caught stealing during the first game, his third on the year. Peraza is now batting .286 with a .723 OPS, six homers, 38 RBI, and 17 steals on the season. He has acclimated himself well as the team's leadoff hitter and should continue to return excellent fantasy value in a Cincinnati lineup that has been better than expected in 2018. He will look to stay hot against Nationals starter Tanner Roark on Sunday.--Matt T - RotoBaller
