4 years agoBoston Red Sox second baseman Jose Peraza got off to a hot start at the plate in Friday's 13-2 victory against the Orioles, as the 26-year-old went 4-for-5 with two runs scored and two RBI at the bottom of the lineup. Peraza posted a pair of doubles to go along with his four-hit performance. Peraza, who signed a one-year deal with the Red Sox in the offseason, will have a chance to play regularly and the productive start to the plate will only help his chances of getting consistent at-bats moving forward.
