Jose Quintana Looking For More Consistency
7 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Jose Quintana said he is looking for more consistency in 2018. Quintana fell 11 1/3 innings short of 200 innings in 2017 between the Cubs and White Sox and has a goal of reaching that in 2018. Quintana has to adjust after moving from the American League to the National League and anticipates 2018 going “smoother.” Quintana has been one of the most underrated starting pitchers over the past few years and with his 2018 campaign being his first full year with the Cubs, expect his win total to rise. Quintana should have no issue being a top-30 starting pitcher in 2018.
