3 years agoCleveland Indians' third baseman Jose Ramirez will go to the hospital to have his face evaluated. He will not play in Game 2 of Wednesday's doubleheader against the Tigers. The Indians star third baseman fouled a pitch off his face in Game 1 but stayed in the contest. "Everyone thinks he's fine," said manager Terry Francona. The 28-year-old went for 1-for-3 with a solo homer in Wednesday's Game 1 loss. Ramirez is day-to-day and an update should be provided after further evaluation.
