3 years agoHouston Astros pitcher Jose Urquidy (shoulder) began throwing off flat ground on Monday. He's been shut down from throwing since being placed on the 10-day injured list June 29. The 26-year-old will need to go on another rehab assignment, but the Astros have yet to announce when this will happen. Urquidy remains without a timetable for a return and is currently day-to-day. Fantasy managers should continue to stash the Astros right-hander as he's been impressive in 2021, owning a 3.38 ERA, 0.96 WHIP, and a 7.7 K/9 across 77 1/3 innings.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
