Jose Urquidy To Begin Rehab
3 years agoHouston Astros starting pitcher Jose Urquidy (shoulder) is scheduled to begin a rehab assignment with the Astros Florida complex team, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports. Urquidy has been out since June 29 and landed on the 10-day injured list after experiencing shoulder discomfort. Prior to his injury, he was pitching well for the Astros, with a 3.38 ERA. He's 6-3 with 66 strikeouts and 13 walks over 77.1 IP. It's a step in the right direction for Urquidy, who is on track to rejoin the team after a few rehab starts. Fantasy managers should continue stashing him until he's activated.
