7 years agoThe Buffalo Bills haven't ruled out giving rookie quarterback Josh Allen first- or second-team repetitions before the end of minicamp next week. Head coach Sean McDermott said the reps at the position remain a "fluid" situation, but Allen has been working with the third team behind AJ McCarron and Nathan Peterman so far. Allen has much more upside than both McCarron and Peterman, but the Bills are easing him in in his rookie season. That doesn't mean Allen can't challenge for the starting gig if he impresses in training camp and the preseason, but our bet is that he'll start on the bench to open the regular season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
