Josh Allen Engineers Another Comeback Victory
6 years agoBuffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen completed 13 of 26 passes for 204 yards and one touchdown in Sunday's 14-13 victory over the Ravens. The rookie also ran for 16 yards along with a score on nine carries. Trailing 13-7, and following a 23-yard defensive pass interference penalty, Allen connected on a 42-yard touchdown bomb with Robert Foster with 10:26 left in the fourth quarter to give the Bills the lead for good. It was the second time that he has led the team to a comeback win this year and his third game-winning drive. He has now thrown for 200 yards in three straight games, although it was his lowest rushing total of the season. While the ninth overall draft pick did not throw an interception, snapping a two-game interception streak, he did fumble once although he did not lose it. Allen, who has recorded multiple touchdowns in three of the last four contests, has a good matchup against the Patriots and he should be a midlevel QB2 for Week 16.
