Josh Allen Making Progress
6 years agoBuffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen completed 18 of 33 passes for 231 yards along with two touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's loss to the Dolphins. He added 135 rushing yards, which was the most by a quarterback since Colin Kaepernick in 2014, on nine attempts. The two throwing touchdowns set a season-best mark while he tied his personal highs in completions and attempts. While Allen did toss two interceptions, one pick was on a heave into the end zone at the end of the first half, he made several big plays with his legs and he almost engineered his second comeback victory of the year. But Charles Clay's legs went out from underneath him as he was coming back to meet Allen's pass and the ball fell harmlessly to the ground in the end zone. Allen has a good matchup against the Jets in Week 14 and should be a QB2 with upside for the rest of the season.
