6 years agoNew York Islanders left wing Josh Bailey opened the scoring at 5:08 of the third period in Friday's 2-0 victory at Washington and it stood up as the game-winning tally. Right wing Cal Clutterbuck added an insurance goal with 12:26 remaining in regulation as the Islanders climbed into first place over the Capitals in the Metropolitan Division. Bailey has registered three goals with five points and a plus-4 rating over his past six outings to endear himself to fantasy owners and DFS players. The Islanders are back in action at home on Sunday afternoon against the Anaheim Ducks.--Daniel Dobish
