Josh Bell Homers In Blowout Win Monday
3 years agoWashington Nationals first baseman Josh Bell went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in an 18-1 win over the Marlins on Monday night. It was his 13th homer of the year, as Bell is now slashing .249/.310/.449 with 44 RBI and 42 runs scored over 77 games. He got off to a slow start this year, but Bell has been hitting much better over his last 30 games, slashing .298/.360/.481 with five home runs, 20 RBI and 14 runs scored. He looks like a decent option in deeper mixed leagues, and he's still available in over 40 percent of leagues.
