4 years agoMinnesota Twins third baseman Josh Donaldson (calf) departed Friday’s contest versus Cincinnati early with cramping in his right calf, the same one that caused him to miss a month of the season earlier in 2020. The timing certainly doesn’t bode well for Donaldson’s status over the final two games of the regular season, but it’s unclear at this stage if the injury is something that Donaldson can play through come the postseason. Having mashed five home runs during September for a .525 SLG, Donaldson holds considerable DFS upside come the playoffs if cleared to take the field.--Jesse Borek
