4 years agoMinnesota Twins third baseman Josh Donaldson went 3-for-5 with three RBI in Wednesday's 13-8 loss to the White Sox. Donaldson brought the Twins right back into the game with his two-run single in the third inning, then later added another RBI with the game out of hand. Two of his three batted balls on the day registered exit velocities of 95 MPH or greater, as the veteran third baseman continues to smoke the ball in 2021. Donaldson now has seven hits in his last four games- three of them for extra bases, and he has six RBI in that span. He'll get a tough matchup on Thursday against right-hander Lance Lynn, whose 2.30 expected ERA lines up pretty well with his actual 1.52 mark.--Tim Capurso
