5 years agoAtlanta Braves third baseman Josh Donaldson was 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk during a 7-2 win over the New York Mets on Wednesday. Donaldson is slashing a ridiculous .448/.484/1.034 over his past seven games with five HRs and 10 RBI. It has been the best stretch of the season for the former American League MVP. Donaldson got off to a slow start during his first season with the Braves, but he is arguably the hottest hitter in baseball right now.
