4 years agoMinnesota Twins third baseman Josh Donaldson (hamstring) has been placed on the injured list with right hamstring tightness, according to Phil Miller of the Star Tribune. Donaldson exited the Twins Opening Day matchup with what was initially believed to be a calf injury but was later determined to be an issue with his hamstring. Luis Arraez is getting the start at third on Saturday against the Brewers, and he will likely continue to get playing time there with Donaldson out. First baseman/outfielder Brent Rooker has been recalled from the alternate site in a corresponding move.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
