6 years agoNew England Patriots wide receiver Josh Gordon's role in the offense continues to grow heading into the team's Week 7 matchup against the Bears. Gordon caught only five passes last week but displayed an increased knowledge of the offense and is slowly earning the trust of quarterback Tom Brady. He will go up against a Bears secondary that is allowing the fifth most fantasy points to opposing receivers and could be without starting cornerback Prince Amukamara. Chicago has allowed seven different receivers to score more than 12 fantasy points against them this season and they were burned by the Dolphins Albert Wilson for 155 yards and two touchdowns last week. Gordon is not the number one option in the Patriots passing attack but his stock is on the rise. It is tough to justify Gordon as a must-start in fantasy this week but could open some eyes moving forward in a beatable matchup.--Joey C - RotoBaller
