Josh Gordon Now Listed As Starting WR For Browns
6 years agoThe Cleveland Browns have listed Josh Gordon as one of the starting wide receivers ahead of their Week 2 game against the New Orleans Saints. Gordon was supposedly not going to start in Week 1 and was only expected to play around 20 snaps. Instead, Gordon drew the Week 1 start and played on 78% of the offensive snaps. Head coach Hue Jackson blamed the discrepancy on a miscommunication. That being said, Gordon should see plenty of run in Week 2 against New Orleans. He may, however, have a tougher time wrestling targets away from Jarvis Landry. Landry out-targeted Gordon 15 to three in Week 1. Treat Gordon as a boom/bust WR3 in fantasy until further notice.
