Josh Hader Locks Down Sixth Save Of The Season
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers relief pitcher Josh Hader threw a perfect inning while striking out two in the 11-10 win over the Colorado Rockies. This now puts Hader at six saves on the season, which leads all Brewers pitchers. On the season, Hader now holds a 1.57 ERA with 48 strikeouts in only 23 innings pitched. Corey Knebel will most likely take over the main closing duty in the near future, however, owners of Hader should relish the save opportunities while they last. Even when Knebel takes over the closer role, Hader should still be owned in all fantasy formats due to his extremely high strikeout upside as he's currently rocking a 18.78 K/9 ratio this year so far and is looking to be one of the best relievers in the MLB.
