Josh Harrison Hit on Hand by Pitch, Leaves Game
7 years agoPittsburgh Pirates second baseman Josh Harrison left Sunday's game against the Marlins after he was hit on the left hand by a 95-mph fastball from Jose Urena. Harrison was in clear pain right away, jumping up and down before walking to first base. The training staff ultimately removed him from the game, with Adam Frazier taking his place as a pinch runner and second baseman. The team presumably sent Harrison for X-rays and will have an update later on Sunday afternoon.
