7 years agoHouston Astros manager A.J. Hinch said pitching prospect Josh James will be called up from Triple-A Fresno to make his major league debut against the Angels on Saturday. James, the team's No. 6 prospect, has gone 6-4 with a 3.23 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 171 strikeouts in 114 1/3 innings over 23 games (21 starts) between Double-A Corpus Christi and Fresno. The strikeout upside is clear, and James immediately becomes a streaming option in deeper leagues this weekend.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
