4 years agoTampa Bay Rays outfield prospect Josh Lowe went 2-for-3 on Tuesday afternoon against the Boston Red Sox. The 23-year-old is now 4-for-9 this spring with a stolen base and a BB-K of 1-3. Lowe has an intriguing combination of speed/power and could eventually develop into a 20-20 (HR-SB) player for the Rays. He spent 2019 in double-A where he hit 18 home runs and stole 30 bases. Last season was spent at the alternate training site. Lowe is similar to Houston Astros outfielder Kyle Tucker but will cost much less in fantasy leagues. He's an underrated outfield prospect and currently ranked by Rotoballer among the Top 10 outfield prospects for 2021 fantasy baseball.--Marc Hulet - RotoBaller
