Josh Naylor Leaves Early With Ankle Soreness
2 years agoCleveland Guardians first baseman Josh Naylor left Monday's game against the Detroit Tigers with soreness in his right ankle. The 25-year-old first baseman went 0-for-1 in the game before getting replaced in the lineup by Owen Miller. Naylor has been dealing with soreness in his right ankle off and on of late, with the issue occasionally forcing him to sit out a day or two. Look for Cleveland to update Naylor's status after Monday's game concludes. Naylor is hitting .273 with 15 homers, 33 runs, 57 RBI, and three steals over 300 at-bats in 2022.
