3 years agoWashington Nationals manager Davey Martinez said that outfielder Juan Soto (knee) bumped his knee into the corner of the dugout bench, which led to him being pulled as a precaution from Monday's 9-5 loss to the Braves, per NBCS Washington's Matt Weyrich. This sounds like a bizarre but non-serious incident and Soto should be considered day-to-day. This will come as a relief to fantasy managers, for while the 23-year-old has only hit .228 this season he does have 13 home runs, 28 RBI, and five stolen bases. They should check for further news tomorrow to see if Soto will return to the lineup.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
