3 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Juan Soto (knee) is not in the starting lineup on Friday evening. Soto reportedly felt "something in his knee" after scoring in the ninth inning of Thursday night's game, and he was being tested before the game Friday but apparently he did not feel well enough to play. Managers should continue to consider him day-to-day for now, and keep a close eye out for updates on his condition through the weekend. With Soto out, Gerardo Parra is getting the start in right field and is batting eighth in the lineup.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
