3 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Juan Soto remains an on-base machine, reaching base safely three more times in Tuesday night's game against the Toronto Blue Jays. Soto went 1-for-2 with a double, a walk, a hit-by-pitch, and two runs scored. Soto has an outrageous .536 OBP over his last 30 games, and there's very little cause to think that will slow down going forward, as opponents have begun to recognize that there's no reason they should pitch to Soto with such a depleted lineup around him. His power numbers may take a bit of a hit, but he'll continue to contribute for fantasy managers by getting on base and scoring runs.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
