3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster opens the 2021 season with a tough road matchup against the Buffalo Bills. The Buffalo pass defense represents a difficult matchup for opposing pass-catchers as they allowed the 29th-fewest fantasy points per game to the wideout position in 2020. Smith-Schuster will run most of his routes against slot cornerback Taron Johnson, meaning he should avoid coverage from lockdown corner Tre'Davious White. While that is a positive, Smith-Schuster is likely to operate as the No. 3 option in the Pittsburgh passing attack this season behind Chase Claypool and Diontae Johnson.
