4 years agoNew England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman technically didn't even start their Week 1 contest against the Miami Dolphins. However, he was on the field for a majority of their offensive snaps. Edelman finished with five receptions on seven targets for 57 yards. The Patriots are lacking reliable options, so quarterback Cam Newton should look his way quite often. Edelman will have a tougher matchup against the Seattle Seahawks Defense in Week 2. Although, the Seahawks gave up the most fantasy points to wide receivers last season. Fantasy owners should be able to trust Edelman as a WR3 and possibly low-end WR2 for Week 2.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
