Julio Jones Leaves Practice Early
3 years agoNewly acquired Tennessee Titans wide receiver Julio Jones left practice early today, walking to the sideline slowly under his own power. However, head coach Mike Vrabel said to the media that Jones will be fine. This could be a situation worth monitoring as Jones enters his age 32 season. He missed time last season with a hamstring injury that limited him to playing in just nine games, but when he was active he showed he is still one of the leagues top receivers. At his current draft price he is well worth the investment, as he will slide into the Tennessee offense that projects to throw the ball more than last year. Corey Davis vacates 92 targets, and Jonnu Smith leaves behind another 65 targets. Jones will not be short of volume, and should be valued as a strong WR2 in fantasy this season.
