Julio Jones Making An Impression On Tom Brady

2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has found it easy to work with veteran wide receiver Julio Jones. "He's really easy to have chemistry with. Elite wide receiver," Brady said. It's usually a good thing when the GOAT has favorable things to say about you. Jones' fantasy stock is rising slowly with Chris Godwin (knee) not a lock to be ready for Week 1 and with Russell Gage (leg) still sidelined with an injury at training camp. Jones caught his only target for a 20-yard gain in the preseason finale on Saturday against the Indianapolis Colts and appears to have plenty of chemistry with Brady already. The 33-year-old pass-catcher looked done last year with the Tennessee Titans and is injury-prone at this point of his career, but Brady could help him bounce back in 2022.
