Julio Rodriguez's Wrist Improving
2 years agoSeattle Mariners rookie outfielder Julio Rodriguez (wrist) said his right hand/wrist is getting better. He was able to show more range of motion and said he couldn't do that two days ago. Rodriguez hasn't undergone an MRI exam since it was ruled a contusion. Still, the 21-year-old All-Star has yet to resume swinging a bat since he was placed on the injured list, so it remains to be seen if he'll be able to return when he's eligible on Aug. 10. Fantasy managers need to sit tight and keep the young star stashed in an IL spot. When he's on the field, he's been a must-start in all fantasy formats, hitting .271/.334/.482 with an .816 OPS, 18 home runs, 57 RBI, 55 runs scored and 21 stolen bases for the M's in his first 96 major league games.
