Julio Urias Eyed For Spot Start
6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts stated the club is considering giving Julio Urias a start during their upcoming 18 consecutive game schedule. It would be a wise move for the Dodgers to have Urias break up the schedule and give their injury-prone starters a rest during this grueling stretch. The club faces all division opponents in this time frame, and depending on the matchup, Urias could make a decent streaming option. The left-hander has made 15 appearances this season getting four starts holding a respectable 3.12 ERA, 1.04 WHIP, and 40 strikeouts in 40.1 IP. He recorded a three-inning save in his latest outing so he should be relatively easy to stretch out for a potential start.
