4 years agoSan Diego Padres infielder/outfielder Jurickson Profar finished 2-for-3 with two RBI, a run scored and a steal Tuesday against the Milwaukee Brewers. Profar beat the shift with an RBI knock in the third inning against starter Corbin Burnes and later iced the game with a run-scoring double to extend the eventual 7-1 victory. One of six Friars to swipe a bag on the evening, Profar is up to eight thefts on the season. Despite his on-base prowess and invaluable real-life role, the 28-year-old remains a fairly uninteresting fantasy option with a .255/.350/.328 slash with just one home run and 39 runs-plus-RBI in 163 plate appearances. He's merely a lottery ticket for steals for managers willing to sacrifice other categories at the middle infield position.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
