7 years agoThe Philadelphia Phillies activated first baseman Justin Bour (oblique) from the disabled list on Sunday. His activation doesn't necessarily mean that he'll be ready to play right away, as oblique injuries typically require a position player to miss an average of 27 days. Bour was on the DL for just 10 days. Regardless, manager Gabe Kapler said Bour will be available and could play on Monday. Bour will strictly be a left-handed power bat off the bench down the stretch for the contending Phillies, severely limiting his fantasy value.
