3 years agoChicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields completed 9-of-19 passes for 80 yards and racked up 46 rushing yards in the team's second preseason game against the Bills. It was not as productive, nor as entertaining, as his first performance last week against the Dolphins but still flashed his elite skills. The Bears offensive line was a mess the entire game and Fields' day was also spoiled by drops. The rookie still flashed his elite speed to pick up some first downs and added a beautiful 33-yard pass to Jesse James in the third quarter. Fields also endured a scary moment when an untouched Bills defender hit Fields high and sent his helmet flying off. The rookie would get up and play the rest of the quarter. It was an uneven performance but Fields continues to narrow the gap between himself and QB1 Andy Dalton.--Joey C - RotoBaller
