Justin Herbert Throws For Four Touchdowns

4 years agoLos Angeles Chargers rookie quarterback Justin Herbert put together another strong performance against the New Orleans Saints on Monday night. The rookie was only passed for 264 yards, but threw four touchdowns and was 20-for-34 on the evening. He also picked up eight yards on four rushes. Herbert was slowed down in the second half, but he has shown why the Chargers spent a first-round pick on him. The rookie lost his favorite target, wide receiver Keenan Allen (back) early in the game, but found wide receiver Mike Williams for a pair of touchdowns. Herbert has been very impressive in his young career and should be considered a QB2 with upside. The Chargers will be on their bye-week in Week 6 and will return against the Jaguars in Week 7.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
