Justin Steele Goes Five Innings In No-Decision
3 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Justin Steele went five innings in Monday's no-decision. The lefty allowed four hits, three runs, two walks and struck out four on the afternoon. Steele pitched very well out of the bullpen in the first half of the season and has been working strictly as a starter in the second half of the season. Steele possesses good stuff on the mound, but he hasn't proved much for fantasy managers to trust him in redraft leagues. For the season, Steele is 3-2 with a 3.75 ERA. Next up for the left-hander will be a date against Philadelphia Phillies on Tuesday.
