6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner had a career-high five hits with a walk in Sunday's 11-7 road win against the Pittsburgh Pirates. All five knocks were singles, and he finished with three runs scored, too. Turner entered the week slashing .276/.275/.423, but he is now slashing .304/.396/.444, pushing his OPS up 42 points just over the past four outings. He'll try to keep up the good work against his former employer, the New York Mets, and RHP Jacob deGrom on Memorial Day back in L.A.--Daniel Dobish
