Justin Turner Remains Sidelined
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner (groin) will remain sidelined for his second straight game on Wednesday versus the Philadelphia Phillies. Turner hurt his groin on Sunday and sat out on Tuesday evening, but is expected to avoid a trip to the injured list and could return by Friday versus the New York Mets. Turner has been having a great season at the hot corner and is hitting .289 with 20 home runs and 66 RBI. With Turner sidelined, infielder/outfielder Matt Beaty will enter the lineup and bat eighth. Beaty has been struggling in his limited action over the past month and can be avoided in DFS on Wednesday.
