5 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Justin Upton's season is mercifully over with a knee injury. Upton has suffered through tendinitis in his right knee for the most of the season and will have a platelet-rich plasma treatment done soon. It has been a season the veteran slugger would like to forget, finishing the year slashing only .215/.309/.416 with eight doubles, 12 home runs, 40 runs batted in and 78 strikeouts through only 219 at-bats this season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
