Justin Upton Starting To Make Progress
6 years agoLos Angeles Angels of Anaheim outfielder Justin Upton (knee) has been battling tendinitis in his right knee since the start of spring training. However, he has ramped up his activity and is now doing some hitting with light outfield drills. He is still not ready to participate in Cactus League spring games, although there are currently no concerns he won't be ready to go when the regular season begins. Upton smacked 30 home runs for the third straight season in 2018, and he'll be anywhere between 85-95 RBI with a handful of steals. He remains a Top 15 outfielder in AL-only leagues, and he's a decent player anywhere from Round 4 and beyond in mixed play.
