5 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Justin Upton (toe) will begin his rehab assignment on Friday. This is updating an earlier report on him taking live batting practice. As mentioned in that report, Upton is a must-own outfielder for the rest of the season. He also may be able to be had for cheap for fantasy teams in need of power as he's hit 26 or more home runs in each of his last six seasons. He should be back on the Angels roster within 20 days and will provide a boost for owners who have held onto him since the draft.--Zach Alexander
