2 years agoCincinnati Reds relief pitcher Justin Wilson (elbow) underwent Tommy John surgery on Friday. Wilson is currently on the 60-day injured list and will miss the rest of this season and the beginning of next year. The 34-year-old left-hander had been sidelined since late April with an elbow injury, and he'll now begin the long rehab process. Wilson looked good in 3 2/3 innings for the Reds this year, allowing just one run while walking none and striking out seven in five appearances out of the bullpen.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
